The East Liberty Family Support Center is a family-focused community center. Participation in the Center is voluntary, and all families with children ages 0-5 years will be accepted.

The Family Support Center will provide both center-based and in-home family support activities and services. Focus at center will be on providing a neighborhood nucleus where families can learn, ease stress, and have fun in conjunction with in-home visits. All activities will be guided toward the goal of supporting parents with children 0-5 years of age.

The Center coordinates the delivery of services with the partnering agencies, and provides family development services to help family members utilize community resources to meet their goals. Family Development Specialists coordinate and implement an individualized service plan for each family and document service delivery.
