Director of Family Support
Lynette Drawn-Williamson is the Director, East Liberty Family Support at the Kingsley Association, Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. She received her Bachelor of Arts degree from Duquesne University and her Master of Public Policy and Management from the University of Pittsburgh. She has a special interest in engaging parents and children through educational programming and parenting classes. In the past, she has worked at the Community College of Allegheny County and held several positions at Shuman Juvenile Detention Center including Child Care Worker, Supervisor, Training Manager and Deputy Director. Lynette specializes in Child Welfare, she is a statewide trainer, for the University of Pittsburgh: Pennsylvania Child Welfare Resource Center and a trainer and coach for Strength-Based Family Worker, (SFW).Her community service commitments include serving as past Commissioner of the Pittsburgh Commission on Human Relations and serving on advisory boards. She is also a lifelong member of the Kiwanis of East Liberty. Lynette is active member in her church where she serves as a Deacon. She and her husband, Robert are the proud parents of two: Robert Jr. and Shealyn. Lynette enjoys making jewelry and traveling with her husband but can also be found walking in Highland Park with friends.
