
Lynette Drawn-Williamson
Director of Family Center
Lynette Drawn-Williamson is the Director of the East Liberty Family Center at the Kingsley Association, and the Master of Public Policy and Management at the University of Pittsburgh.
She has a special interest in engaging parents and children through educational programming and parenting support classes. In the past, Lynette has worked at the Community College of Allegheny County and held several positions at Shuman Juvenile Detention Center, including Child Care Worker, Supervisor, Training Manager, and Deputy Director. Lynette specializes in Child Welfare, and is a statewide trainer for the University of Pittsburgh: Pennsylvania Child Welfare Resource Center, as well as a trainer and coach for Strength-Based Family Worker, (SFW).
Her community service commitments include serving as past Commissioner of the Pittsburgh Commission on Human Relations and serving on several advisory boards. She is also a lifelong member of the Kiwanis of East Liberty. Lynette is active member in her church, where she serves as a Deacon. She and her husband, Robert are the proud parents of two children: Robert Jr. and Shealyn. Lynette enjoys making jewelry and traveling with her husband, but can also be found walking in Highland Park with friends.
