Urban Redevelopment Authority of Pittsburgh Manager of Economic Development Emily is a certified planner with more than 10 years of experience in community and economic development in both the private and public sector. At the URA, Emily manages the Economic Development department ad coordinates planning, financing, and implementation of the complex development and infrastructure projects. Emily also directs strategic planning studies that engage residents and stakeholders around vision, future market-based development, and public realm improvements. Emily holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture from the University of Notre Dame and a Master’s Degree in Public Policy and Management from Carnegie Mellon University.
