Membership includes access to all Kingsley Center facilities, including an indoor heated swimming pool; full gymnasium; exercise facility with treadmills, exercise bikes, elliptical machines; group fitness classes; water aerobics classes; and Silver Sneakers.

The Kingsley Association has a 6 lane, 25-yard pool with a hydraulic movable floor.  The pool is staffed with lifeguards at all times and well lit by large windows. There is plenty of seating in the pool area to watch children swim or take swimming lessons. Four lap lanes and an open swim area is how we divide the pool at the moment. 

 

Spacious locker rooms are available for showering. 

The Kingsley Association has a full-length regulation basketball court with multiple side hoops. Basketballs are available for use. 

The gym has the capability for shared use and a protective floor for use as needed. 

The Kingsley Association fitness center boasts multiple machines for cardio, strength training and flexibility training. Both Precor and Cybex machines are available with new equipment periodically added. Free weights, bands and balls complement the machines with ample space for training. 

Senior and aerobic classes are available in the fitness center as well as the gymnasium, dance and yoga studios.
