
About the Role
The Program Coordinator for the Kingsley Association’s Family Center will be an integral part of the day to day operation of the center. The program coordinator will be a key liaison between DHS and the Kingsley Association’s Family Center, while monitoring its implementation of programs, policies, and practices. The coordinator will assist in keeping the programs on schedule and functioning smoothly. The coordinator will supervise the Resource Navigators, to assure they are recognizable entry point the Kingsley’s programs and services, and that they are connecting and addressing barriers, and assuring that they are completing intakes, fostering, and maintaining community-based providers and other services.
Requirements
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Work with the Program Director, as well as other members of the Kingsley Association’s Leadership team
Attend DHS meetings both in person and virtually.
Plan, develop and coordinate programs
Generate program ideas
Attend parent groups and train parent leaders
Assist with planning and program delivery.
Work as part of a cohesive team.
Assist in data collection and input of client information.
Help mediate the resolution of problems, issues and concerns of clients when needed.
Provide information and updates for board meetings as requested.
Communicate efficiently via in-person, text, emails, or any form that allows for the most effective operation of the family center
Perform other duties as assigned by KA Leadership Team.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE & CERTIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s degree in a related field, plus one year of experience -OR- Any equivalent combination of education and experience which meets the required knowledge, skills, and abilities
Current Act 33/34 and FBI clearances
WORK ENVIRONMENT: Works in a normal office setting, with no exposure to adverse environmental conditions.
(1) Indoor & outdoor; (2) Frequently required to work at a fast pace; (3) Evening, and weekend work required.
